Frida Kahlo

Mexican Painter

Frida Kahlo, (6 July 1907 – 13 July 1954) Mexican painter known for her many portraits, self-portraits, and works inspired by the nature and artifacts of Mexico.

She painted using vibrant colors in a style that was influenced by indigenous cultures of Mexico as well as by European influences that include Realism, Symbolism, and Surrealism.

Many of her works are self-portraits that symbolically express her own pain and sexuality to explore questions of identity, post-colonialism, gender, class, and race in Mexican society.

In cooperation with Frida Kahlo granddaughters we developed this magnificent sculptures, statues & reliefs  in silver and gold that retain the essence of what Frida Kahlo represented in life so her legacy be around us for years to come.
